About that new post...

...did I say last night? I meant tomorrow morning.

Sorry about that. My mother and four of my aunts are visiting this weekend, and my arms are worn out from scrubbing.

    I could only find instant grits this time, I'm ordering the real thing from Amazon. I would imagine that instant grits are like instant oatmeal.

    I tried Alton Brown's cheese and grits, and oh my word, it was heaven!
